Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging and place them inside a sturdy shipping box with the provided return slip.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cutlery, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
